Harve Benard - Pocketbook

I received the pocketbook/backpack for Christmas (2018) and the zipper broke 2 months ago and now the strap came loose. This is a high end product. This should not be happening. I would like the bag replaced. Thank you Teresa Treeliny@yahoo.com
